Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a different type of intelligence it is about to being “heart smart” not just “book smart.” So the EQ matter just as much as intellectual ability. EQ help you to build strong relationship, success at work and achieve your goals. The skill of EQ can be developed through out life you can boast your EQ By learning how to rapidly reduce stress, connect your emotion, and communicate non-verbally use humor and play to deal with challenge and diffuse conflict with confidence and self assurance.

 “EQ(Emotional Intelligence) is the ability to identify, use, understand and manage your emotion in positive and constructive way”.

EQ consists 4 core abilities like Self awareness, Self management, social awareness and relationship management.

Most of us know that there is a world of difference between knowledge and behavior or Appling that knowledge to make change in our life. There is many things you may know and want to do but don’t and can’t when we are under pressure.

 EQ is not learning in the standard intellectual way. It must learn by an emotional level. In order to learn about emotional intelligence is a way that produces changes and connect with other person so this kind of learning based on what we see, hear and feel. Intellectual understanding is an important part of EQ but the development of EQ depend on sensory, non-verbal communication and real life practices.

Rising your emotional intelligence by engaging your emotions because when you become overwhelmed  by stress, the emotional part of your brain over ride the rational part which  hijacking your best-laid plans intentions and strategies. In order to permanently change behavior is a way that stand up under pressure. Need to learn how to take advantage of the powerful emotional part of brain that remain active and accessible even in stress time so for increases EQ you have to learn the skill deeper. And practicing it in your life dally.

Five key skill is consists to boast of emotional intelligence:-

When we are under high level stress rational thinking and decision making go out the window. stress overwhelms the mind and body, getting the way of our ability to accurately read a situation, hear what some one else is saying and be aware of our own feeling and need. The first three skill of EQ is the ability to  quickly clam  yourself down when you are feeling overwhelmed. The EQ skill help you stay balanced, focused and in control.

The second skill of EQ is connect to your self with your emotions. it means calculate moment to moment  awareness capacity of your emotions and how they influence your thoughts and action.

The third skill of EQ is non-verbal communication it is more effective   then verbal communication because it produces a sense of interest and desire for connection. 

The Forth skill of EQ is take challenging work because it make creative mind and increase intelligence. 

The   Fifth skill of EQ Is solve all the conflict positively because two person cannot possibly have same need, opinion and expectation so conflict is generated between them if you can solve it easily and positively it means you have more EQ.

There are many way by which you can increase your EQ skill like BY DEEP BRITHING, MEDITATION, SELF-HYPONOSIS, SLEEP-WEEL(7-9Hr.) and PHYSICAL EXERCISE.
